Volviendo a la Esencia

The activity is called VAE Intern (Returning to Essence) Many Latino young people in our churches do not know or cannot find a place where they can develop their gifts and talents. Many lack a sense of purpose because of the harsh realities they face.

For this reason, from June 14–21, 2026, VAE Intern will officially launch. This is an intensive 8-day ministry training program in Oklahoma City, designed to equip leaders with a strong biblical foundation, proven character, and a global vision.

During this internship at Mid-America Christian University, participants will be equipped, activated, and transformed to be sent out to fulfill the Great Commission. The program includes more than 30 courses and classes taught by special guest speakers with ministry experience and proven leadership.

VAE Intern is an exclusive training program with limited space, created for those seeking deep, practical formation focused on calling, mission, and sending. It integrates both theory and hands-on practice in an environment that encourages students to apply what they learn through workshops, work groups, and immersive ministry experiences. The leadership team includes directors, staff members, teachers, and international guest speakers.

All classes are taught in Spanish. This is an 8-day residential program that includes lodging, meals, and all training sessions.

VAE Intern was created to serve the Church by forming new and future leaders, calling the next generation to a responsible and passionate commitment to serve their local congregations.

Our vision: To see a generation transformed, equipped, and empowered by the power of the Holy Spirit to bring the Gospel to every tribe, tongue, and nation.
